Aluminium castings
G.E.A. is specialized in providing products in alluminium alloys using gravity and die-casting.
Painting
We can coat our castings with epoxy paint.
HEAT TREATMENT
Superficial and heat treatment to improve the mechanical characteristics of the aluminium castings.
MOULDS PRODUCTION
We can create steel moulds starting from 3D drawings.
FINISHING
In the finishing department we take care of the cutting, grinding and deburring.
Machining usinage
Internally or, in particular cases, entrusting us to partner companies, we we can provide the mechanical finishing of the aluminium castings.
Assembly
Upon request we assemblate the components of the product with the aluminium castings to obtain the final product and be the reference point of our customers.
Quality control
We carefully check out each processing phase, thanks to our sophisticated equipment
Logistics
Our internal management follows the delivery activities. For our deliveries all over the world we both use our own means of transport and make use of qualified carriers.
